One of the best moments in the buying process is getting to say, “You’ve got the home.” That means your offer has been accepted, conditions have been addressed, and you’re officially on the path toward closing and moving day.
While the hardest decisions are behind you, there are still important steps ahead — and this is where steady coordination matters most.
What Happens Between Acceptance and Closing
Once you’re under contract, my role is to help keep everything moving smoothly and on schedule. I coordinate closely with the other parties involved to make sure details don’t get missed and timelines stay on track.
This includes:
- Managing key dates and deadlines
- Coordinating with the seller’s agent
- Working alongside your lender and real estate attorney
- Ensuring required documents are completed and delivered
You won’t be left wondering what comes next — or who’s responsible for what.
Support Beyond the Paperwork
Closing on a home often involves more than just contracts and signatures. If helpful, I can also point you toward reputable local professionals, such as:
- Real estate attorneys
- Insurance agents
- Movers and service providers
There’s no obligation to use anyone I suggest — my goal is simply to make the process easier by sharing resources that past clients have found helpful.
Here Through Closing — and Beyond
Questions can come up at any point before moving day. If something feels unclear or unexpected, you can count on me to help you work through it.
My role doesn’t end when the paperwork is signed. I’m here to support you before, during, and after you cross the threshold into your new home.
